PREPARATION
Pour Sabatini 0.0 into a glass full to the brim with ice, fill with tonic water and serve with a slice of lemon.

50 ml Sabatini 0.0 – 30 ml wildflower honey – 20 ml Fresh lime juice – Cedrata – Sprig of rosemary
PREPARATION
In a shaker with ice, pour all the ingredients except the Cedrata. Shake vigorously and then pour the liquid into a glass filled with ice. Complete with the Cedrata and serve with a sprig of rosemary.

60 ml Sabatini 0.0 – 30 ml Lemon Juice – 4 fresh raspberries – Grapefruit soda as top – Lemon peel – 20 ml Simple Syrup
PREPARATION
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker except the soda. Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice and top with the grapefruit soda. Serve with a lemon peel.
